OUR APPROACH
In pre-production, we work closely with you to develop the visuals to be projected on set, as well as conduct broadcast tests and rehearsals to ensure smooth and successful live events. We also specialize in creating eye-catching opening sequences and visual designs tailored to your project.
PREPARING CONTENT FOR LED SCREENS
LED technology is based on sending content or sets, into screens that animate or compose the film set. These screens can be behind, to the side or under the speakers and actors.
POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS
For an optimal presentation, simply send us your PowerPoint files and we will project them onto the LED screens. You will then be able to rely on your own media.
If necessary, we can adapt or animate them. We will see this together during the preparation brief.
THE DECORATIONS
Images, films or 3D sets, everything can be used to create your filming set. We carry out the integration work to guarantee the immersion effect. And if you don't have sets, the Immersive Studios teams can create them for you and meet your desires, your product identity or your graphic charter. Once created, your set can be used as many times as you want, to make your TV shows for example!
THE MEETINGS
It is important to organize a pre-production meeting. It allows you to take stock of expectations and the progress of the project. It also allows you to agree on the necessary support such as writing, soundtrack or jingle needs, to create texts for the prompters. At Immersive Studios in Paris, we have two meeting rooms , with coffee available, how convenient!
DIFFUSION TESTS
If you want to broadcast your event live – interview , live shopping, concert , webinar, TV show , Mooc... our teams will carry out tests before filming to check that everything works correctly. For live broadcasts , you can opt for a broadcast on your own broadcast platforms or benefit from ours. We can also send the signal on your social networks. And in all cases, we will carry out control tests to guarantee the proper functioning of the live broadcast.
COACHING
If it's not really pre-production, coaching is sometimes useful before filming. To make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, correct some speech tics, give you advice on positioning, manage the camera return. It takes two rehearsals to be at the top! Our teams are caring and available, take advantage of it!
